2. Description of Service

Commentra provides AI-powered comment moderation for Instagram creators and agencies. The Service integrates with the Meta Graph API to analyze, hide, and delete comments on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not share your account with others.

4. Instagram Integration

By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize Commentra to read, hide, and delete comments on your behalf via the Meta Graph API. You may revoke this access at any time from your Instagram settings or from within the Commentra dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or harm other users. Commentra reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Commentra is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any moderation decisions made by the AI.
